If I use him at 200 pts can he heal past his starting line with his trait?

This entry from the players guide was the only thing I could find, but is should suffice for now.

FOUND IT! Pg 10 of the rule book:

Quote

A character
can’t be healed beyond its starting line or onto a
KO click.
