Su pernatural Exorcism: When Blue Devil damages a character and a special power is revealed that stops the dial from turning, after actions resolve, deal that character two damage.
wol026 Sodam Yat
Team: No Affiliation
Range: 7
Points: 250
Keywords: Green Lantern Corps
(Special) Destined for Power: If Sodam Yat is 125 points, he is KO'd if he crosses the red KO line. If Sodam Yat is 250 points, he isn't KO'd if he crosses the red KO line.
(Defense) Wielder of Ion: When this click is revealed due to damage taken, stop turning the dial. Sodam Yat can use Impervious and the Quintessence team ability. Sodam Yat can't be healed and this power can't be ignored.
(Damage) Will: Sodam Yat can use Willpower. When an opposing character targets Sodam Yat with Outwit or Perplex, roll a d6, and on a result of 4-6, ignore that effect.
Now if he hit sodam yat onto his stop click, wouldn't the two unavoidable trigger the effect a second time since Blue devil's trait is causing the damage?
And regarding mystics: is the damage from a mystic considered to be coming from that figure?

Strictly speaking, no. The extra damage is dealt after actions resolve. So if you're dealing that unavoidable damage, that means the action is already over. And if it is already over, then there is no other "after actions resolve" to trigger a second bout.
I will, of course, be interested in seeing how WES rules.

Unless there has been a more recently ruling I am unaware of, yes.

This was my thought as to how they will avoid it as well. There are no actions resolving to do the 2nd 2 damage after.
They might get really crazy and try to say the 2 unavoidable isn't from Blue Devil, but that's a biiiig stretch.

Blue devil's trait triggers whenever he deals damage. If the 2 damage is dealt "after a tons resolve" is it dealt by him? If so why, based on this traits exact wording, wouldn't it apply?

Note that Supernatural Exorcism isn't an attack, so it won't trigger Mystics. The triggering attack will, but Supernatural Exorcism won't in and of itself.
Unavoidable damage is unavoidable, even by stop effects.
That's not true. Stop clicks will stop a dial when it is turning from unavoidable damage.
Say Sodam Yat is on click #6. WoS #104 Daken hits him and rolls a 6 for the BCF roll of his Muramasa Decapitation.
Quote
MURAMASA DECAPITATION: Daken can use Blades/Claws/Fangs. If he does, that d6 roll can't be rerolled, and if that roll is 6, the damage dealt is unavoidable damage.
Sodam Yat is going to be dealt 6 unavoidable damage. He will turn the dial one click revealing the Wielder of Ion power. He will stop turning the dial.
Page 10: "Unavoidable damage is damage dealt that can’t be evaded, reduced, modified, ignored, or transferred to another character."
That is a pretty extensive list of things that can't happen to unavoidable damage, but none of that is happening with a stop click.
An object at rest cannot be stopped, but unavoidable damage can be.

Weird, I could have sworn that unavoidable damage was unavoidable, like a rules statement of that sort was made before. *shrug*

That was my thinking as well. If Sodam Yat revealed a stop click, causing two unavoidable damage in the process, the next click would be a stop click as well. I was about to go out of town, but this question popped up as I was packing.
February 15th 2015 will mark my first year anniversary of Heroclix.

Right. Nobody (EXCEPT BLAISER ) was questioning that. The question at hand was if that second revelation of a stop click would trigger 2 more unavoidable damage.
(Edit) Appearantly I didn't read that correctly. Sorry
But honestly it could go either or, Blue Devil is still technically dealing damage. This is one of those times we definitely need a ruling from WE forums.
