New Blue Devil vs figures like Raven from Titans set or M10 Emma Frost or one of those kinds of figures, where you get a stop click, then have the option to click to a certain click number...what happens?

Namely this from Blue Devil:

SUPERNATURAL EXORCISM: When Blue Devil damages a character and a special power is revealed that stops that dial from turning, after actions resolve, deal that character 2 unavoidable damage.

Interacting with these examples:

From Raven (which needs a die roll to determine which click she winds up on)
DAUGHTER OF TRIGON: Raven can use Barrier. When this click is revealed, stop turning the dial and roll a d6; on a result of 5-6, turn Raven to click 7.

And from Emma, who allows you to choose:
SECONDARY MUTATION: When this power appears, stop turning the dial. You may choose to click Emma to click #8. Emma Frost can use Super Senses.


So what happens, when, and why? Is BD's trait going to have them take the two damage before they get to roll or choose the click? Is BD's trait going to happen afterwards, so they turn Raven to click 7 and Emma to click 8 then give them the two damage, turning them in effect to click 9 and 10 respectively? Or are the figures going to be able to go, due to timing, "OK, I'll take the two but I still get to click to 7 or 8 anyway so it doesn't matter"?

This one. The damage from the trait you've quoted happens "after actions resolve," which would be after you turn the dial for each of the quoted powers (which don't say "after actions resolve").
