I know that TA's can't be countered. But what if a TA allows a piece to use/possess a power such as the Batman Ally TA or the CSA TA? Can I counter the Stealth or PC?
Hypothetically, if a TA caused the opposing figure to possess a power then you could counter the power (although currently no TAs exist with this wording). Powers that are not possessed but can be used cannot be countered.
Pineappolis: Periodically failing to devise a worthwhile signature since 2010.

If the power is possessed, it can be countered.
Use, however, is not the same as possess. TAs, like Batman Ally, allow the character to use powers.
Off the top of my head, true possession of a power (outside of the actual colored square on the dial), has only happened twice (both in DC75):
TRAIT: Batman and Green Arrow possess the Sharpshooter ability.
BIG TARGET OR LITTLE TARGET : (non-optional) The Atom and Hawkman possess Toughness. Before making an attack which would affect The Atom and Hawkman, the attacking player chooses Super Senses or Invulnerability. The Atom and Hawkman use the chosen power instead of Toughness for that attack.
There may be a couple more cases, but they are certainly extremely rare. But when they do occur, you can use Outwit on them. You could counter Batman and GA's Sharpshooter ability or choose to counter only the Toughness on Atom and Hawkman (although you could just as easily counter the entire special power).
Combat Icons (such as Flight and Indomitable) can be Outwitted too, can't they?
Combat symbols can't be countered. Combat abilities, which are possessed because a character has a certain combat symbol, may be countered.
For example, characters with the symbol possess the Flight, Carry, and Move and Attack abilities. You may counter those three abilities, but the character still has the symbol.

Not sure what you mean.
A handful of character can counter TAs. So if a character actually possesses the Mystics TA, then one of those handful could indeed counter it.
But if character doesn't possess Mystics, if it just using it somehow, then it can't be countered even if you've got one of those TA-countering characters.
GG 32 Adam warlock can counter team TA, then a power, or IM SR ironmonger removesTA and takes it for himself. Either is great against batman, mystics, power cosmic or quintessence.
If someone has the mystics TA on dial, is it susceptible to outwit? For instance, 046 shroud from deadpool.
Generally no.
Outwit lets you counter powers and combat abilities. Team abilities are neither one of those.
As I said above, though, a handful of character CAN counter TAs. For example:
TRAITOR: Yellowjacket can use Outwit. He can use it normally, or he can choose a team ability possessed by an opposing character 6 or fewer squares away to which he can draw a clear line of fire and counter that team ability on all opposing characters.
But those characters are pretty few and far between.
If you're really looking to deal with a pesky TA, you might want to pick up something like the Utility Belt resource:
BATTLE PLAN: If three or more Utility Belt Items are attached, assigned character can use Indomitable. If five or more Utility Belt Items are attached, you may give the assigned character a free action and select an opposing character within 10 squares and line of fire; that opposing character can't use team abilities until the beginning of your next turn.
Note, though, that this doesn't actually counter the TA; it just prevents the selected character from using it. So using Shroud in your example above, if I had the Utility Belt on my character, I could select Shroud and keep him from using his Mystics TA... but he still possesses it, so another character on your team could still wildcard the Mystics TA.

Not quite.
Adam Warlock may only do what you describe if he specifically counter the Power Cosmic TA. He can counter other TAs, but if he does so, he can't then use Outwit again. For reference:
COSMICALLY UNKNOWABLE: Adam Warlock can use Outwit, and he may use it to counter team abilities. If he uses it to counter the Power Cosmic team ability, he can use Outwit again after actions resolve to counter a power on the same character.
Iron Monger, meanwhile, doesn't counter TAs at all. He simply prevents their use.
CORPORATE TAKEOVER: Iron Monger is a wild card, but can only copy the team ability of an opposing character instead of a friendly one. When Iron Monger is copying a team ability, opposing characters can't use that team ability.
Combat symbols can't be countered. Combat abilities, which are possessed because a character has a certain combat symbol, may be countered.

This is interesting because the PAC defines Indomitable as "This character can use Willpower." But this seems contradictory to the "possess"/"use" argument... Or is that because a symbol means that they "posses" the text detailed in the symbol? So something with Indomitable possesses the text "This character can use Willpower."

You're outwitting the indomitable combat ability and not the willpower it's letting you use.

This.
lets a character possess Indomitable.
lets a character possess Sharpshooter.
In both cases, the symbol name is the same as the ability name, but you still have combat symbols and combat abilities (two separate things). You counter the ability; not the symbol. If you look at the combat abilities table on the PAC, it will show you which symbols grant which abilities.

WHILE MY QUARRY LIVES, I NEVER REST: At the beginning of the game, choose an opposing character with a higher point value. As long as that character is on the map, Drax possesses Charge and Willpower. (These powers can be countered normally).
