Probability control, Perplex & Outwit

I checked the FAQ for this but am still not sure. Can I use any of these 3 powers; probability control, perplex and outwit to an enemy 5 squares away while back to back to another opposing figure?

yes
up to 10 squares infact as long as you have line of sight

the worst bad guy around is not magneto it is not dr doom and it is not galactus it is the guy who has more clix then you do
