Just want to make sure this is correct. Hank Pym's morph allows him to do so after a move or close combat action. Could you use charge to grant the close combat action and then morph? If given a move action as a free action could he then morph?

Actually, it depends on the phrasing of the effect giving the free action.
If the effect is giving you a specific effect (which would normally be a close combat or move action) as a free action, then you could not. When you have something specifically named, it ceases to be it's normal action.
For example, a dropped hammer from the BoS allows you to use Quake as a free action. Hank could not morph after this. Because it was specifically named as Quake as a free action, that Quake is not a close combat action.
This is why AA Zoom cannot use BCF when he uses Flurry as a free action.
For the record, I vehemently disagree with this ruling, but it is what it is.

Well, Morph requires its own action to activate, so this doesn't really apply here at all.
It was my understanding based on previous rulings from other figs that the character doesn't actually attack or move, they simply use the action to morph. Perhaps I misunderstood?
goldpony's opinion is obviously something that we should take seriously-hail_eris

Dunno about the move action but Close/Ranged Combat Actions always leads to an attack of the same type.
Well the ability says, " Give Hank Pym a move or close combat action that deals no pushing damage. After actions resolve, replace him with any character with this trait on the same click number." Because it says after the action resolves I believe you do get to use the action then morph.

You've misunderstood. As far as I know there isn't a single character with Morph that couldn't either move or attack with their Morph action.
So as far as we can tell, any of these Morph Hanks can move or attack (as long as he was given a move action or close combat action), not take damage even if it's his second token, then be replaced with the new Hank, with all action tokens, relics, resources, etc assigned to it?
Most of it made sense to me before, but I just realized this time that it's free willpower if you do it.
My understanding of the Morph Powers is that you GIVE the character the specified Action for Morph.

MORPH: MANY IDENTITIES: Give Hank Pym a move or close combat action that deals no pushing damage. After actions resolve, replace him with any character with this trait on the same click number. If this character started the game on its 50 point starting line, the character it is replaced with can't be healed past its 50 point starting line.
In this case you GIVE Hank either a Move Action or a Close Combat Action.
If you give a Move Action you Move then morph.
If you give a CCA you make a basic combat attack then morph.
What you cant do is Give a CCA or Move Action to activate a different effect and then Morph.

Yes, with that wording, that is how it would work.
I think the OP was asking about whether it could be used in Charge or In something like Gordon's SP:
Quote
GET THESE MEN INTO POSITION!: Give Lt. Gordon a power action; you can immediately give him and up to two adjacent friendly characters who possess a team ability or keyword possessed by Lt. Gordon a move action as a free action, replacing all characters' speed values with Lt. Gordon's unmodified speed value.

To note, it's not completely "free willpower" as you have to have a different version of the figure, but not the same set numbered figure. Like if you have Hank (AoU001) and another Hank (AoU001) on your sideline, you can't swap out one for the other per page 6 of the rulebook... but you COULD replace him with AoU201 Hank Pym (from the point-of-sale pack, same sculpt, different number and powers), Ant-Man (AoU003), Goliath (AoU043), etc.
The reason I point this out is that going from Hank (with his OW/Prob power) to Ant-Man (with his EW or Perplex, depending on the click) can be a big strategic game-changer.
