hi, i was wondering if i made the right thing...

at turn 1 (assuming i rolled correctly) i'll be purchasing maria hill, avengers liaison and constantine, hellblazer.

maria's ability read, when this character and a (shield) die go to your used pile, at the same time, put both into your prep area instead.

will i be able to put both constantine and maria hill in my prep area, since, after purchasing they both go into the used pile right?

Nutshell version: they have to go to the used pile from the field. As with most abilities, Maria actually needs to be active/in the field for her card text to work.
