This guy makes a team amazing. TK him up and have the other team kill themselves then outwit their move and attack.

This guy's damage SP (combined with Improved Targeting: Ignores Characters) is so worth the 100pts.

Finally, a Dr. Psycho everyone can love. He reminds me of the old Arkham Asylum Riddler.

He is vulnerable, but it's fitting. Anything else would be for the sheer sake of power creep.

Using DC75 Ares as my centerpiece, I teamed him up with S/WW Dr Psycho, Silver Swan and General Lane (all agents of war or Mars). I didn't use him to his full potential with the SP mind control, but that Perplex power and copying General Lane's PD, plus his Improved Targeting made him a key support. I look forward to using him again on a proper team!

How is he vulnerable? He has Mastermind which essentially makes him immortal. Let's say someone pegs him with a precision strike. They won't be hitting him again with his super senses and shapechange combo. This guy is way too good.
