So the BSG play by post sign up filled up in less than a day and Mags's Betrayal at the House on the Hill mafia game filled up quick as well. A lot of us play Heroclix and there's been some talk about Twlight Struggle, Pandemic, Dominion, Dead of Winter and Resistance in the chit chat threads.
Why don't we try to schedule a Skype game of something once every month or two?
Who's interested? What would you want to play?
Edit: Okay, so we have some interest.
Figure it's best to start with something lots of people own or are excited about. I put out a list of suggestions. Feel free to make more or voice preferences.
*s note the player owns or has access to a physical copy of the game.

Put me down for, oh, anything. Not just because I would love to play some games but because I would like to do so with some of you. That and I think this is a great thing this group could use.

On that note, I'd be very interested in a "pen and paper" RPG. I've played over gchat before and it's worked well. I've always wanted to try the Star Wars FFG RPG, but my normal RPG crew prefers the Cortex system/Pathfinder.
So for the time being, but me into the "interested" catagory
I think AGOT would require everyone to have the game and it would slow down things as you call out your orders and everyone places them so all the boards look the same. Then one person draws.
Probably not the best pick for a first outing.
Something like Imperial Assault, Betrayal at House on the Hill or an RPG might be better as only one player has to have the board. Or something like pandemic where you can say "Move my one guy to London" and that's easy enough to do over Skype as opposed to reading out several order tokens for each player.
The more pieces on the board each player controls, the tougher this gets, I'm thinking.
I don't have Pandemic or Dead of Winter but do have the rest (depending on version of GoT, access may be tricky). I've also got the assorted Arkham Horror games, the WoW boardgame, some of the Warhammer games including the Horus Heresy, the Archer bg, more RPGs than is worth listing and, yeah, a ton of other board games I'm forgetting (not to mention "LCG + BG mixes" like the Legendary system).
If we start a game of something I don't have, just figure as long as it's not OOP, I'll have it in a day or two. So no worries on that front.

Oh, and being it's a theme I know some people here like - Hi Truff - we can add the Portal boardgame to the list as of an hour ago.

Designed some rough rules for a boardgame I'm currently calling "Stories from the Cabin" based on the movie Cabin in the Woods. If any of you want to try helping me refine and give it a whirl, let me know.
