IM:IC and Move and Attack

Just looking to clarify before an upcoming game. If I have IM: Characters and the Move and Attack ability, I can't use the Move and Attack ability if I began adjacent, correct?

Correct. If a character are adjacent to an opposing character then it cannot use the Hypersonic Speed granted by move and attack.

Hovever if the character has Sidestep or any other form of free action movement then it could move away and then activate the HSS from Move and Attack.

That sucks.

So you could use Charge, you could use plain vanilla HSS, but not M&A.

Move and Attack has that limitation embedded in it.

Certainly, but there seems to be times that "movement" and "Characters" are different. I could just be combining stuff in my head.

Move and Attack sucks. It's always sucked, and I still cannot believe they made it worse the last time they changed it.

Actually, I've used it to great effect. It all depends on how you set up for it.
