I have to say I have had figuring how exactly Power Battery Emotional Spectrum works ever since the PB came out:

I figure it works either of two ways

1. I can draw lines to any Corps Member if I'm adjacent to Battery.
I can also only draw line to a specific Corps Member if I'm within 4 squares of that specific Corpse Member, and only to that specific Corps Member.

2. I can draw lines to any Corps Member if I'm adjacent to Battery or if I'm within 4 squares of any Corps Member.

And I not sure which one is correct.
Any help?

Characters that aren't corps members can have LoF drawn to them normally.

If the target is a corps member there are 2 ways to be able to draw LoF to them:

1) be within 4 squares of the target

Or

2) be adjacent to their power battery

Don't know the answer not very confident with battery rules but the way I read it I thought tyroclix answer referred to option 2. Mind you could just be me being jelly brained

I read it #1 since tyroclix said that the character has with 4 squares of the target, meaning I can't be with 4 squares of say Indigo-1 and draw line of fire to Indigo Initiate, if they're both Corps Members. I can only draw Lof to Indigo-1.

Which is what I described (or tried to describe) in Option 1.

Hold on! This is wrong! The Indigo Battery's a bit tricky. Players get confused by it a lot.

Underlined for emphasis. If you're adjacent to the Battery or within 4 squares of any Corps Member, you can see all of them normally.

Moped's got it right. If you're within 4 of any Corps. Member (or adjacent to the Battery), you fulfill the requirements to be able to draw LoF to any of their Corps. Members.
