If you haven't heard; there was a "tiny bug" in Cloudflare that could leak your personal information all over the internet. Cloudflare is one of the largest internet security companies ... who count HCRealms as one of their clients. So not only is it a good idea to change your HCRealms password; it's probably good to go ahead and change your password everywhere.
