WHATEVER A SPIDER CAN:#Spider-Man can use Charge and Improved Movement: Ignores Elevated Terrain, Ignores Hindering Terrain, Ignores Characters. Give Spider-Man a power action to move him up to his printed speed value and then make a close attack.
If Sider-clone got the carry ability (sfsm019 Mary Jane), am I correct that he'd be able to move his speed value without a (-2) penalty?

MOMENT IN TIME:Adjacent friendly characters named Spider-Man modify their attack value by +1 and can use the Carry ability, but only to carry Mary Jane.
i believe he is saying that the mary jane can be carried by characters named spiderman, so he wants to use that spiderman(spider clone im assuming because the figures card says ben riley) to carry mary jane, and ignore the -2 becuse his power allows him to move his printed value. and not a printed value.
To chime in my 2 cents id say yes you can, because it says up to his printed movement, and i dont believe you can modify printed values.
Yeah, I can't think of a reason it wouldn't work, either. MJ's gonna be pretty surprised when she finds out it's her husband's identical twin under that mask, and not the man she married, but... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Pounce 2.0 got even better.

Thats what I thought.

Been there, read that what if vol2 #86 What if Scarlet Spider killed Spiderman. Clone kills peter and takes his place (and his wife)! What If? Vol 2 86 | Marvel Database | Fandom powered by Wikia http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/What_If%3F_Vol_2_86
I am not making a judgment here, but I really do not see how anything in his power restricts the impact of Carry on his speed value.
EDIT: Knowing my luck, I am probably missing something painfully obvious.

[C]A character that gains the Carry ability through a special power or ability or from possessing a specific symbol such as ;Wing; , ;T-Boot; , ;T-Swim; , or ;T-Wing; , may Carry an additional character of the same size or smaller than itself (following all other normal Carry rules) in addition to using its innate carry ability to carry a character smaller than itself (regardless of its Speed symbols).
[C]When a game effect instructs you to use a printed combat value, you use that specific value and it can't be replaced or modified unless the effect specifies otherwise.
in his power it says he can use Charge and IM, can he only use the IM while doing a charge? Or does he always have IM.
I ask because if he always has IM, why would you ever use the Charge and not the 2nd part of that power and get more movement?
Charge lets him perform a close combat action, the power only lets him perform a close combat attack. In some cases it can make a big difference.
But yes, the Improved Movement should be useable even when he's not using Charge.

Thanks for the speedy response, been only playing a little over year but what's the difference between a Close Combat Attack and Close Combat Action then?

A close combat attack is an attack made against some who is adjacent or can be treated as adjacent.
A close combat action is a type of non free action (note that it can be given as a free action by certain powers such as charge) that typically results in a close combat attack, some examples are quake, exploit weakness, and flurry.

The difference between attacks and actions is one of the most fundamental aspects of the game. Actions are what allow you to do things. An attack is almost always a result of an action. You should read the Remember!-box from page 9 of the current rulebook.
