I'd like to know if you can combine Pulsewave with Technocrat's (Joker's wild 024) power:

SKYLINE TARGETING MICROBOTS: When Technocrat makes a range attack targeting a single character, increase his damage value by 1 for every 2 squares away the target is from Technocrat.

Pulsewave given for example from Ophidian (since technocrat himself doesn't have PW). Obviously, in the case you're just targeting 1 character.

Sure, it'll work for a single target Pulse Wave.

Pulse Wave is a ranged attack and single target Pulse Wave does not lock the damage value.
