Would I be able to move normally and then make a ranged attack/combat action during the same turn due to Iron Man's "Founding Memeber" trait?

Also, would I be able to use his "Variable Repulsor Blasts" trait along with his Ranged Combat Expert simultaneously, or is it just with normal ranged attacks?

Pretty sure that it's a no for the first question, because he still took a non-free action this turn, and you can only do that once per turn.

Second question, what does range combat expert say? A ranged attack or ranged action? If it says attack, you're good. If it says action, then no, no bueno.

A character may only be given one non-free action per turn. Action tokens (or lack thereof) do not change this. So unless Iron Man can somehow attack for free, Founding Member will not allow him to both move and attack in the same turn.

It activates before any ranged combat attack. RCE causes a ranged combat attack to occur.

Ranged combat actions ALWAYS result in ranged combat attacks occurring.

If Variable Repulsor Blasts looked for a ranged combat ACTION, then RCE couldn't be used with it (since RCE is activated by a power action). But since it looks for ranged combat attacks (not actions), any ranged combat attack at all will work just fine.
