This is a great budget Havok, but I definitely wish he had the X-Factor keyword...

Not gonna lie, this is a pretty bland dial for 50 points. Not to say that's it's not efficient, as a 10/3 with P/PB is nothing to scoff at, but I would have much rather preferred an 100 point havok with some neat abilities.

When havok was released, P/PB and EE comboed together so he could deal penetrating energy explosion damage. It was a pretty rare combo which made him much more effective, but he has definitely lost his luster since then
