HQ052 Wonder Woman Trait and Energy Explosion interaction
Wonder Woman's trait Fight In Close Quarters allows her to remove Bombshell Tokens to inflict damage from ranged attacks against her onto adjacent opposing characters, specifically mentioning "damage dealt" by the attack.
Is the "damage dealt" that can be inflicted by Wonder Woman determined prior to applying any damage reducers from the initial range attack?
But here is my main question...
If the answer to the above is yes and Wonder Woman currently has 2 Bombshell Tokens and is adjacent to an opposing character, if another friendly character uses Energy Explosion to target the character adjacent to Wonder Woman, even though she has Invincible and Invulnerability on her first few clicks and would not receive damage if she were hit due to those reducers, after resolutions can she can spend her Bombshell tokens to trigger her trait essentially causing another energy explosion?
Energy Explosion text from the PAC for reference:

Reason: grammar

Damage Reducers affect Damage Taken. Her trigger happens before that, when Damage Dealt is determined. Specifically, during Step 4 of the Attack Sequence, when you Calculate Damage Dealt.
Awesome! So pairing her with someone that has Energy Explosion is a great way to sneak some extra AOE damage in on an opponent once Wonder Woman has made a few attacks and accumulated some Bombshell Tokens.
