I'm wondering if i can use iimR004 Flame Blast with a colossal character like Eternity?
Of course. Any reason you think you couldn't?

I was also wondering if you can use the iimR004 Flame Blast with out the power plant?
Technically, no. The IIMR004 is the version that is used as a Resource Attachment. Played on its own, you would play the IIMS004 Special Object.

I'm not shore if iimR004 Flame Blast is a resource or special object? and how do i equip it?......any help would be awesome thanks.
On it's own, it's a Special Object and a Relic. You can find the rules for those in the 2014 rulebook, which is still available on Heroclix.com in the Rules section. Also, Relics are not Equipped, they are Assigned, which is a very important distinction. Equip is a term only used with Equipment, which has its own rules.

I saw a video,"HeroClix Tutorial: Objects – Part 2" on youtube that said colossal characters can't use special objects. I'm not trying to argue i'm hoping the video was wrong.
I read the rules on that page and it didn't say anything about colossal characters inability to use relics, so i think your right. thanks for the help.
Ah, yeah, the Tabletop Teacher video. He doesn't really cover Relics in that video, as Relics are an older game mechanic that has been phased out. He was referring to Equipment. Colossals cannot be Equipped, because they are non-standard characters. Colossals can use other Special Objects. And keep in mind, picking up an Object to use in an attack, and Equipping an Equipment-Object are different things. Colossals can pick them up just fine, they just can't Equip them.
Also, as much as I appreciate his efforts and contributions to the community, Tabletop Teachers videos are not always as accurate as I'd like. I've seen several examples of incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information in his videos. It's a good place to start, but don't be afraid to question things.
If the card says "EQUIP ....., EFFECT ....", then the item in question is "equipment" and is subject to those rules.
If the item does not contain both of those words, it's not "equipment" and is not subject to those rules.
Equipment can only be equipped to standard characters. So no putting the Symbiote on the Supreme Intelligence. And no WOL entities, as they've been errata'd to have that language on them.
Relics/special objects can be used by any figures (unless they provide otherwise). So the Supreme Intelligence can use Gold Kryptonite, or a Lantern Ring, or a Phoenix Force fragment. Or, confusingly enough, a hammer from the Book as it says "equip", but there's no "effect", so the hammers are NOT equipment.
regarding any source of "answers", whether this forum or a video somewhere ... trust, but verify.
Use the answer as a guide, go to the source (rulebook, PAC, cards and dials) and verify that the person providing the answer is actually using the correct, current text - so many of our responses are "yes, it says this", but "no, it really doesn't say that" is too often more accurate.
