Can a figure be healed past it's starting line.
Example if i have x factor angel with any of the fast forces x factor pieces.
Can i heal them past their 50 point starting click.
Can someone please post a rule stating yes or no.

Some specific figures have abilities that allow them to be healed past their starting clicks.

This is mentioned under the special power or trait that allows it, along with whatever other conditions apply, such as with Dracula here and his Vampiric Hunger trait.
