Hello all. I was wondering can super senses, impervious, and mastermind, save you from energy explosion? Also if you use perplexer's, and enhancement people, can u up the damage while using incapacaite? Thanks all!!!!!

Super-senses can allow you to avoid (or redirect) all three of those attacks.

You can use Enhancement to add damage to Incapacitate but not Perplex.

So impervious will not work when hit with energy explsion, and the same goes for Mastermind?! Really I can not use perplex to up the damage while using Incapacitate? HUH? Where does it say that for perplex? Or Incapacitate? But if super senses works does that mean impervious works too?

Well then, you can see that Impervious and Mastermind are available whenever the figure is dealt damage. So EE splash will activate SS, Impervious, and Mastermind all.

You cannot use Perplex to increase Incapacitate's damage value because Perplex cannot be used mid-action. That means you would have to use Perplex before the action, which further means that when your damage becomes 0 it doesn't matter whether you Perplexed.

To see if it's legal, walk yourself through it. You give the figure a power action for RS. He moves half his speed value. He can now make a ranged combat action, like the PAC says. Well, the PAC also says that Energy Explosion requires a ranged combat action, so you can use it now.

Voila.

How about ESD versus EE splash?

Same as before. EE is a ranged attack, ES/D adds two to your defense against ranged attacks.

The upside of this is that LE Green Lantern is now actually better as a taxi than his Vet. Before, the LE was a better piece for combat, but his Impervious made him vulnerable to EE. Now that they've plugged that hole, you'd have to hit him for at least three clicks to hurt him, which most EE attacks won't do.

Exactly Phantom, and because you'd be using him in groups he'd be an excellant target for some Energy Explosion. But after the first click he'd be on Invuln and not damageable by any mear Energy Explosion
