This looks great! You might consider one or two open graves to help create some lower elevation.
Yeah good call.
I hadn't thought about those (yet).
I'm just making graves one type at a time. Going off several old graveyards from my travels around Britain's colonial past (1800's era graveyards from New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, and Macau).
When I got to the block style grave/crypts I might have thought of an open grave, but maybe not (so thanks for getting me to reevaluate). I'm operating on the mindset of an old fully filled graveyard, as those are the sort I tend to visit.
So standby, I'll be probably adding an open grave or two now, might even credit one of those tombstones to you now :P
This looks amazing. Reminds me of Rosehill in Chicago. All I would do is just throw in a couple 2 person private crypts on the lower right. and move the 1 obulisk from the top right, closest to the trees. instead maybe make that one a flat stone so that way theres space for a starting area.
Nice. Interesting choice doing a chapel over a mausoleum.
Yeah I angled for a "living" person location/building. My clix group (probably as much due to me in particular) aren't huge into horror or mystical stuff. So a mausoleum would only be of moderate use to us.
We're more street vigilante/noir crime campaigns. So shadowy meetings in a chapel followed by a chase through the cemetery OR ambushing someone mourning at their loved ones grave and holing up in the steeple against the bad guys, made a church a much better choice for our use.
