Hi another EE question. If you make an EE attack and is good, and your own figs are caught in the blast are they hurt? Also can u TK a friendly fig away that is in base contact with an enemy fig? or do I have to do a break away? and when you perform a break away u have to move right? and can u pick up another friendly fig that is in base contact with another fig or do I have to perfrom another break away? Thanks all!!!!!!!!!!!
Im replying on a screen that is not allowing me to see your question, so I hope I answer them appropriately for the ones I know. 1) Energy explosion can hurt your own characters if they are adjacent to the intended unfriendly character target. 2)I don't know for sure about break away about a TK friendly adjacent to an unfriendly. If I had to say after reading the def. of TK., I would say not.
I'm going to end this reply so that I can go back and read the rest of your question, but unless someone else answers it in the meantime, I'll be back to answer the rest.
1) Yes, your figures can take EE splash damage as well
2) You never need to roll for breakaway unless the character taking the action is moving from base contact with an enemy
3) Once you break away (assuming you need to) you can pick up another character, move 0 squares, then end your movement (putting the other character down in any free adjacent square)
Continued: 3) A break away when failed is considered a move action and a token is applied accordingly. So unless you want to waste a move action by not using it I guess you could do it. If your asking to retract a decision to try to move away after you have rolled for breakaway, its too late. Once you roll for a breakaway, it has cost you a move action, and the corresponding token that goes with it win or lose and whether you use it or not. 4)As far as carrying a character adjacent to an unfriendly, I don't know for sure. The FAQ states a character must break away before it can carry, so I would assume that before a friendly could be carried, a break away would be needed. Thats all I can contribute at this time.
