Corvus was dealt 5 damage. It just took 1 to put him on a KO click. His trait, IIRC, would therefore deal 5 damage. And it specifies that the damage has to be from an attack.
As to the Destroyer question, you can have an adjacent friendly take the action to deal themselves damage... as long as said figure has the appropriate keyword, you can do it. I don't know if those bystanders have the Asgardian keyword, but it would work if they do... otherwise, the units section says Splitlip or the Frost Giant on the retaliation dial are the cheapest offs at 20 points, then the trolls at 25 points (which could take 2 hits from this power to heal him)
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
My understanding with Destroyer was you could not deal 3 damage unless that character had 3 damage he could take. So if you had an adjacent asgardian on his last click and wanted to deal damage, you could not. After KO that was it. 1 dmg was dealt only.
My question is this seems to conflict with Corvus Glaive and similar rulings where if you deal 5 damage on the last click you still "dealt" 5 dmg hence you take the 5.
So that seems to me that the destroyer ruling is incorrect. Unless i'm missing something here.

To my knowledge, it has never been that because you wouldn't know how many clicks are left across most of the Clix that have been made... saying you can't when the figure was made (as only a few modern sets at the time had the dials on back of the card) would make a potentially illegal situation in many cases.
That being said, the context of your statement is one that we frequently hear when someone said something without citation... either someone told them in a game, it was a misunderstanding/assuming, or some opponent was trying to minimize a player's benefit while they were using destroyer (aka misinformation in an effort to cheat).
When in doubt, read the rules or ask those that can cite of needed (e.g. ask here).

(emphasis is mine) you can't always predict how much damage will be taken, nor does anything in the rules say you can or should... you deal the damage, then check for KO.

Damage clicked is not the same thing as damage dealt. Usually the only time these two values are different is when a STOP or KO click is involved. You still were dealt the full amount of damage though as far as the rules are concerned.
I guess in destroyers case stop isn't a thing since STOP is only for attacks. It seems to me though after understanding Corvus Glaive that Destroyer can in fact deliver 3 dmg to an asgardian pog to heal 3. Thats very good to know.
I am confused by the destroyer part of this question, more specifically as it pertains to Odin. Can I see a quote of the power that says he generates pogs with keywords? as far as I know they do not. Also the destroyer does not deal the damage that heals it. The damage done is done by the character taking damage id doing it to itself

(Special) Royal Guard of Asgard: Crimson Hawk has the Asgardian keyword. Crimson Hawk's move actions don't count against your action total.
Technically it isn't mentioned in Odin's power. But rather on said Pogs themselves
There is a particular Odin that can generate asgardian pogs.
Actually you are right though, destroyer doesn't do the 3 damage. Adjacent Asgardians do it to themselves. Anyway though that doesn't change anything. Apparently you can still do 3 damage to a character/pog regardless of how many clicks of life they have left. Hence you can generate a bunch of asgardian pogs with Odin, surround destroyer and he will be a pain to take down.

Not untrue, but it's still just once per turn and you can take them out with EE or PW... but in that absence, it can be tougher to take him down.

If the pog is KOed after dealing to itself the 3 damages... does the second part of the power "POWER: Deal this character up to 3 clicks of unavoidable damage, then heal Destroyer that many clicks." triggers?
I'm a bit on the fence with this one. Unless my searching is lacking, I can only find 3 characters that deal 'clicks' of damage. One deals it to itself, one to another copy of the exact same character, both of which are much older characters, and then this Destroyer.

A bystander is a character that has combat values, but does not have a combat dial and does not “click”. A bystander can’t be healed and, if it takes any damage, it is KO’d.
Bystanders don't click. Even when it comes to the damage sequence, they don't even make it to the 'Click damage taken' part, as they are KO'd at part 2 of the Damage Sequence, 'Reduce to get damage taken'. We could just say that 'deal X clicks of damage' is totally synonymous with 'deal X damage', and I could see that. I could also see WIN citing the same thing I said to shut down this potential 'loophole' of healing 3 clicks off of free bystanders.
