Powers are not used while being mind controlled so the breakaway with Hawkgirl would fail.
Also I was thinking the red is craters are they elevated instead?
A mind-controlled character can't be given actions (i.e., POWER, CLOSE, RANGE, or FREE actions), but it otherwise can use any other powers or abilities that it can normally use when it moves and makes an attack (or in Prof X's case, when it only moves). See, e.g.:
From the PAC, HSS has 2 components:
First is BREAKAWAY +2, which does not require an action.
Second is the move/make an attack/move portion, which requires a POWER action. Because the BREAKAWAY +2 portion doesn't require an action, it continues to apply when a mind-controlled character with HSS breaksaway. See, e.g.:

Also, the red terrain is elevated. Storywise, the map is from the Watchmen set, and they represent the clockwork structures created by Dr. Manhattan.
Very nice! I did not realize we can use passive powers so precision strike and prob... I’d have to look for other examples can be used. Thank you for this.
Thank you for map clarity I was thinking the moon map from AvX.
