Ultimate Con Man: Once per turn, choose Outwit or Perplex and John Constantine can use that power until your next turn. When he uses the chosen power to target an opposing character, that character can't use the chosen power until your next turn. This power can't be countered.

Outwit and Perplex already last until your next turn, so i'm not sure what this really does?

If you target the opponent with the chosen power (outwit or perplex) they are unable to use that chosen power (outwit or perplex).

So if you chose perplex and used it on a opposing character, that character would not be able to use perplex

And if you use Outwit on an opposing character, you prevent him from using the power you Outwitted AND hs own Outwit.

Unless you're Outwitting his Outwit, which isn't really a top-notch tactical move...
