Lt. Commander Data 032 vs. Themed Team Probability Control
OUR ADVERSARY IS NONE OTHER THAN PROFESSOR MORIARTY HIMSELF: When an opposing character within 6 squares would use Outwit, Perplex, or Probability Control, you and that opponent each roll 2d6, and you add Lt. Commander Data's Deduction tokens. If your result is higher, instead that opposing character can't use that power this turn and Lt. Commander Data gets a Deduction token.

Assume an opposing character within 6 of Data wishes to use Themed Team Probability Control. Assume Data's player wins the roll and gets his Deduction token.
1: Does the opposing character get the action token for attempting to use TTPC?
2: Does the opposing player's number of TTPC uses decrease?
(I am assuming "No" for both, as the character doesn't get to use Probability Control in this case, but I want to make sure.)
Ah, that it does. Not sure how I missed that ruling (my attention has been elsewhere lately, though). You get the token before PC is used, but you wouldn't lose a Prob because it's not actually used.
