Nobleman of Crossout removes Scout Plane Face/Down. However, it goes straight to the rfg pile, you don't actually know it's a Scout Plane. You would check to see if it's a flip, but that doesn't mean it's a face-up. If the Scout Plane isn't known, it can't return.
But
If "d. d. scout plane" is remo..ved from play and is face-down while out of play, such as with "lightforce sword" or "different dimension capsule", "d. d. scout plane"'s effect does not activate. but if "d. d. scout plane" was face-down on the field, and was rem..oved by "nobleman of crossout", it is placed face-up while out of play and its effect does activate.

The only cards that I am aware of that take ""DD Scout Plane" out of play face-down are,
"Lightforce Sword" and "Different Dimension Capsule".
NoC and BLS both send them face-up to the RFG pile.
With "Lightforce Sword" and "Different Dimension Capsule", the card is a complete unknown and could be either a monster, trap, or spell card. Your opponent never gets to find out what they were.
But you can still bring them back with "Primal Seed".
I would like to add, I believe the point of this is that lightforce sword and DD capsule place it out of play as a face down card, thus it has no effect (similar to a face down monster) however when it is sent from the field to the rfg pile it is put out of play face-up
