Does dark ruler kill spirit reaper cause dark ruler says negate the effect of a effect monster that is destroyed by a fiend type monter. but Spirit Reaper says that this monster cant me "destroyed" in battle so since he can't be destroyed in battle his effect isn't nagated is it?

That is correct. Dark Ruler Must Destroy The Monster To Negate It's Effect, But Spirit Reaper Who Cannot Be Destroyed Will Stay On The Field.

Dar Ruler has to be able to destroy a monster to negate it. Since Spirit Reaper can not be destroyed in battler(unless Skill Drain is prsent) then Dark Ruler can not kill him, and thus can not negate any part of his effect.

Well the key thing to know about Dark Ruler is that he negates anything that activates after a monster is considered to be destroyed. Since DDWL activates her effect after she is known to be destroyed by battle, she would not be able to activate her effect.

Thats correct. As far as I can tell, DDWL's effect activates right after she and/or the monster would be destroyed, but before it would be sent to the GY. Thus, the only monster that really gives DDWL a run for her money is Ha Des and effects as such.

To help bring the matter home more, consider Dark Ruler vs. Reflect Bounder. Since Reflect Bounder's effect occurs BEFORE damage calculation, and Dark Ruler checks AFTER damage calculation whether or not the monster was destroyed, as mentioned before, Reflect Bounder will still get its effect.

1)spirit reaper
2)reflect bounder
3)legendary jinjitsu master(not sure on spelling :/)

your forgetting cards that cancel out battle calculations like kisatai (bad spelling)
