Is this a control deck? I mean, I see a lot of control built into here, but I'm a little hesitant as to what to do. If this is a control, and it seems to be a little bit on the budget side, I would do the following:

-Fissure x2
-Exchange
-Reinforcements of the Army
-Covering Fire x2
-Sakuretsu Armor
-Spirit Reaper
-Cyber Jar

+Raigeki Break
+Heavy Storm (I belive it's a rare in Dark Beginnings)
+Magician of Faith x2
+Painful Choice
+Sinister Serpent
+Lesser Fiend/Mefist the Infernal General
+Metamorphises x2

Well, this throws off your count, but I don't think that 17 monsters is that bad. I'm sorry, but I didn't really know what to do with your deck, so I pretty much made a budget version of a Metamorphises deck. It looks pretty solid to me, but the spell selection is kind of iffy. You might want to try Back to Square One, but that's up to you. I really think that with a little work (and those spells you said you still need), this deck will be openly able to compete in Regionals. I just threw a side-option for you up there, you can try it out if you like, but if you don't like it you should just go back to what you had, just try and keep your spells as controlling as possible; some of them don't seem to do much for your deck and lose advantage.

Hey Shonen! Ummmm I dont really have any fixes, this kind of looks like a jumble of alot of cards, whats the theme here? Maybe if you tell me, I can be more specific.

The theme is mainly a Field-Control Berserk theme...The side-deck makes it alot more versitile......And thanx Pyro,I'll try thoughs............

ok Dood, heres my fix, sorry it took so long, I'm just lazy, but better late than never. BTW, if you want people to R/F this deck, youre gonna have to do alot of r/f'ing for them first. Thats how my deck have gotten to 2 pages so far. Neways
