Toon Tech-

~When Toon World is SENT and not destroyed, by the effect of cards like Emergencey Provisions, toon monsters stay on the field, and if they are not Toon Gemini Elf, can still pay 500 lp to attcak directly.

~Scapegoat tokens can be offered as tributes for toon special summoning.

~You can set a toon f/d without toon world but it cannot be flip summoned, however if it is flipped face up via an attack or card effect like Ceasefire, it will stay on the field.


So yeah i didn't want to go over board with the Toons so the deck is more solid. BLS fits right in so why not, as for DMoC im just testing him out right now, i want to use em to get back Toon World.

this is my first draft using toons this way so don't go crazy flaming.
