i was going through my binder & i came accross big core, & tried to think of decks that could you could SUCCESFULLY use it in, i wouldn't put it in machine decks, & there's much beter tribute monsters already out, some even are machine, but i thought about counter decks, & was wondering if the counters on him are like all the counter cards from mfc (SDM, pitch black power stone, breaker, miracle restoring), & could you remove 2 counters from big core with miracle restoring to SS dark magician or buster blader? & can you use PBPS to put more counters on him or not? my guess is you can't because it says "spell counters" on those cards & just "counters" on big core, lmk thanx

I think the counters are the same... but i realized that when i had in my defense deck, that it stated "each time it goes in battle it loses a counter," - so it's really not worth it unless it's in a counter deck.

no, its more like the counter on swords of revealing light or wave motion counter, it just ounts, no removing or adding ...... unless you book of moon or return to hand, then when summoned it gets its three counters back to start all over

I dont think it would Get its counters back if flipped facedown, for the same reason Breaker wouldnt get his counter back if he was flip summoned. As Flip summon is differnt than Normal Summon.

Big core isnt really useful. For machine decks, you already got one of the best 6star monsters in the game, Jinzo. besides, 2300 isnt exactly easy to kill in battle, mkaing the 3 counters worthless. Most of the time it'll just be killed by a card effect
