I can't believe this never came up to me. I got a few questions...
1) Can you change the battle position of a monster after it has already been changed? Like by Zero Gravity for example. I.E. I activate Zero Gravity putting my Kuriboh to defense, can I switch it to attack ON THE SAME TURN?
2) If a monster is Book of Moon'ed, can you flip it up the same turn?
3) Is changing from f/d defense to f/u attack counted as a Battle position change?
1.-Is my turn. The possition of the monster neves was changed mannualy.
If i have one monster on my field, then my opponent use ring of destruction on it and i chain whit book of moon to put my face up monster into face down, can i change the battle position of that monster the same turn???
2.-If i flip summon magician of faith then i use book of moon on it, can i flip summon it face up?? the same turn.

There are 3 restrictions on changing a monster's battle position. You cannot change the battle position of a monster on the same turn it was Summoned or Set. You cannot change the battle position of a monster after it attacks. And you cannot change the battle position of a monster after its battle position has already been changed this turn.
All of these restrictions only apply to your free once-per-turn battle position change. In all of these cases, you can change the battle position of a monster using a card effect such as "Bite Shoes", "Book of Taiyou", or "Book of Moon."
Now, for your questions:
1. You can Flip Summon your monster ONLY if it was in face-up Defense Position, because face-up Defense Position to face-down Defense Position is NOT a position change, whereas face-up Attack Position to face-down Defense Position is. You would not be able to Flip Summon it in that case because of this:
"And you cannot change the battle position of a monster after its battle position has already been changed this turn."
2. No, definitely not. This cannot be done for two reasons:
"You cannot change the battle position of a monster on the same turn it was Summoned or Set."
A Flip Summon is indeed a Summon, so...check.
"And you cannot change the battle position of a monster after its battle position has already been changed this turn."
Since a Flip Summon is a change of battle position, that's another reason why you cannot perform another Flip Summon.
Note that the rules above only apply to your free once-per-turn battle position change, just like it says. You can still use outside effects to change your monster's battle position even after using your free manual position change.
Essentially, you can only change a monsters position once during your turn. Card effects can then let you change it again.
For example i play Man-Eater bug Face Down Defense, next turn i flip it face-up Attack to get its effect, i can then use a card like book of the moon to turn it to face-down Defence again, but i can not flip it face up afterwords because i already changed its position, another card effect would be required to flip it face-up again at that point in the same turn.
If i play Man-eater bug in face-up attack mode, and then use Book of the Moon to change it to face-down defense, i can not flip it to attack mode because it has already change position that turn, it would require another card effect to flip it face-up on the same turn.
