I'm not an expert in water decks, so I can't help your brother.

On the other hand, I think your dark deck needs more attack power, add more archfiend soldiers or mad dog of darkness. A jinzo is really a need in this deck and maybe a great maju or a summoned skull to have more beatdown in your deck.

Since ur running dark a great old friend i used to run and still have 3 original ultras of are summoned skull. And i really dont like fiend mega cyber. Also more mad dogs or archfiends would do better.

Water eh? Get another levia and get in some terraformings in there to get AOL faster.
