i just got back into yu-gi-oh after about 4 months. can someone help me with a zombie ban deck?

can someone make me a decklist for what they believe is the best ban deck please?

First off, pick up a Zombie Madness Structure Deck ($10), if you haven't already.
Based on that heres what we do:

Vampire Genesis
Patrician of Darkness (add 1 from LOD-common)
Vampire Lord
Pyramid Turtle (3)
Spirit Reaper (2) (add 1 from PGD-rare)
Despair from Dark
Ryu Kokki (2)
Soul Absorbing Bone Tower (2) (add 1 from AST-rare)
Vampire Lady (2) (add 1 from AST-common)
Royal Keeper (add 1 from PGD-common)
Regenerating Mummy (2)

Change of Heart (add 1 from 5/6 of the crappy starter decks)
Snatch Steal
MST
Giant Trunade
Nobleman of Crossout
Pot of Greed
Painful Choice (add 1 from DB1-common)
Heavy Storm
Premature Burial (add 1 from SKE/SD1-common, DB1-super)
Creature Swap
Book of Life (3) (add 1 from PGD-super, TP5-rare)
Call of the Mummy
Smashing Ground (add 1 from IOC-common) [fissure would work too]

Dust Tornado
Torrential Tribute
Magic Jammer
Compulsory Evacuation Device (3)

If you can get a Ring of Destruction (PGD-secret, IOC varient), take out a Compulsory Evacuation Device.
