LOL I'll help ya out just for the "sad panda" reference :) - that made me crack up (I love that show)
Maybe take one of the Red-Eyes out - 2 should be enough, they'll clog your hand just enough without needing a third one. Take it out and maybe put in a Fiber Jar just in case things aren't going well and you're drawing like crap.
I like your traps
I think your spells are generally good. I was originally thinking 2 Scapegoats might be too much, but now I think you should definitely go with 2 Scapegoats and 2 Enemy Controllers - take their monster with a sheep token and use it to sacrifice for your Red Eyes in case you can't get the Chick thing to work
For the 2 Enemy Controllers (which are also good defense, too), take out 1 Smashing Ground and maybe the Tribute Doll, too.
I'm not a big fan of Enemy Controller, but I agree that 3 Smashing Ground may be 1 too many, and I was thinking about putting in a Creature Swap. So I think I'll take out the one Smashing Ground for a Creature Swap.
The Tribute Doll is there in case I don't happen to have a REBC on the field to sac for Red-Eyes, and I also think the the 3 Red-Eyes is a must. I know it may seem like too many, but between the Tribute Doll and REBC's, and Masked Dragon's to search for REBC, it shouldn't be too hard to summon them.
I like the idea of a Fiber Jar though, so if I can get my hands on one, I'll see if/how I can work it in.
just remember one thing - after you thin the masked dragons out of there, 1/3 of the rest of your monsters are tribute monsters. Every third monster you draw will be one you probably won't be able to summon. You need to give yourself ways to get them out on the field - I was just suggesting Enemy Controller might help you in that respect.
If not, then try a Raigeki Break. You can destroy one of their monster-destroying traps or other annoying cards, plus then you've got another way to get a Red-Eyes to the graveyard to use Call or Premature on it.
Yeah, that's the only other problem I see with this deck, it's a little light on monsters...
Maybe pull out one Inferno Fire Blast and one Scapegoat for another Spear Dragon and... maybe... Breaker the Magical Warrior...? Put in a few Troop Dragon's maybe? I don't know... What do you think? I may just need to have more that a strick 40 in order to get this to work right.
