Sixteen monsters. It should run a bit more smoothly here. Spear Dragon'll be a 2400 Trampler with Air Current, and Luster and Slate beat hard. Garuda is a nice tech with his effect. Armed Dragon can go off if used right, and Lv 3 has a lot more staying power at 1700 with Air Current.
The last may have you wondering 'eh'? Simply, they're godly monsters. They're removal, advantage, and effective.
On the spells, running unnecessary stuff is bleh. It happens to EVERYONE, I've done it too. Run something like

Might look tough, but it really isn't. There are subs for everything in there, and if you need help I can suggest a few. With that, you're face-up hate is amazing. They'll want to attack your Armed's, so you'll be able to counter those attacks. Your defense Spears? They'll try to attack it. So just do something to stop it.
On the traps, running excessive removal traps, and running Waboku is pointless. Traps give the advantage for the game.

Simple layout for traps. Gives great removal, damage, and recurrssion with Call.
Makes the deck 42, also.
I've seen you post a lot of decks, and they all seem to be jumbled. Just 3x this, 3x that, and thrown together. The traps always look the same, and the spells are the same give or take a few cards. Nothing really runs well together, and that's ok. There's always room to learn in deck making, everyone still needs it, inculding the best ones on this forum.
If you need help, IM me. I'll answer any specific questions you have.

I wouldn't run Kamikari, it doesn't do enough. Don't run Silpheed, they're WAY WAY too hard to drop.
Controllers are amazing. They're like, staples ;x
Painful is a.m.a.z.i.n.g It thins by 5 cards. Just grab stuff taht tops bad, or grab some monsters. Grab, usually;
Armed Lv 3
Goats
Swap
Sakuretsu
Bottomless
Ring
Or something like that.
Don't run Terraforming. You don't want to top bad ;x
AS for not wanting Breaker and stuff, I know how you want to go straight wind, but then you'll get hurt by some draws. They add that LITTLe versatility and removal that's needed to make a huge impact.

It's been intresting how many wind decks are being made as of late. I myself have been intrested in making one as soon as i get another spear dragon and armed lvl7. This deck seems pretty solid.
Please r/f the deck in my sig.
p.s the extra 500 for the slate calculation was from rising air current.
The problem with the special summons is that they can be bad draws. So play EITHER 1 Garuda or 1 Silpheed
As for Kamikari, two Armed Dragon doesn't warrant the play for it. If you've already used your Dragons, or want to grab something different, you wouldnt' be able to. You just don't have enough going for it to warrant the play.
k u convined me on no kamakirs though i want them but i still say 2x shipheeds and 1x wind sprt but i can ony use the wond spitis effect during my opponents turn
Don't use Garuda :ermm: you can't use it's effect untill the end of your opponents turn, by then Garuda will more than likely be gone.
IF you gotta have Garuda or Silpheed, go w/Silpheed. With Rising Air Current out, it's a 2200ATK monster, and the discard is nice.
