No MWH or Decayed Commander. Take them out. Also, remove time seal.

why the time seal i need them sort of like a on turn yata lock

Time Seal takes 2 turns to activate, much too slow. 3 Drop Offs are bad top decks as it is.

Time Seal can not be activated until after an opponent draws.
So, if you set Time Seal, then its your opponents turn: nothing can be played or used until he/she draws. Drawing is the first legal action to respond to with a trap. Time Seal had to be used after the draw due to timing rules (check this forum or ude's site if you question this).

Oh, and Respect Play+D.D. Designator was a deck type used last winter in a nationals in Hong Kong that placed 1st. It won in traditional, when 3 MSTs were allowed, so I wouldn't knock it till you tried it in advanced.
