Tooooooo many monsters. Loose the Horus stuff and some others. IMO 20 monsters is still too many. Loose Fiber and 1 Masked Dragon too. Maybe 18 monsters and some draw power. Try

Snatch Steal if it isn't on there already. Ways to keep monsters on your field or use theirs as tributes.
Possibly add Cyber Jar for pure draw power. Especially if you are going to keep it monster heavy.
