ovados is correct. You cannot name Toon for DNA Surgery. In other words, what you suggest is not even legal.

thats like saying sprit is a sun-type....think it says all the types and attributes in the RULE book, i think you shoiuld get yours out, it's just another area of which some monsters fall into.....spirit are another example........

Merely stating it since, believe it or not, I've had SEVERAL idiots try to pull that on me, saying that they could now flip monsters before they're attacked and use their effects and such during my opponent's draw phase and everything.
