I have been thinking about building this for a long while now, and finally i have. This is my "Last Warrior From Another Planet - Wave Motion's Revenge" Deck
This main theme of this deck is to make the fusions stall, its a very elaborate [Morp]Stall/Burn which could become a beatdown if need be.
The main fusions that i focus on on Thousand-Eyes Restrict and LWFAP.
Thousand-Eyes Restrict
[Spellcaster/Fusion/Effect]
"Relinquished" + "Thousand-Eyes Idol"
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, other monsters cannot change their battle positions or attack. Select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field and equip it to this card (this effect can only be used once per turn and you can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card). The ATK and DEF of this card become the same amounts as the monster equipped to this card. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, the equipped monster is destroyed instead
The Last Warrior From Another Planet
[Warrior/Fusion/Effect]
"Zombyra the Dark" + "Maryokutai"
When this card is Special Summoned, destroy all monsters on your side of the field except this card. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, both player cannot Summon(including Flip Summon or Special Summon) any Monster
I have chosen these two as they stall, and have an incredable impact on the game when in play, yet they do have their inherant flaws against cards in current Circulation.
Idea behind this deck
Monsters:
Most played monster killers....
+ Exiled Force
+ D. D. Warrior Lady
+ Tribe-Infecting Virus
+ D. D. Assailent
+ Blast Magician (too an extent)
Are all useless if you sit behind stall.
Magic:
So that only leaves 2 conventional play magics which can destroy your wave motion and stall, yet with the deck speed and recursion that makes it basically obselete. So that means the main threats to this deck is Mystical Space Typhoon and Heavy Storm
Most Play magic Destruction:
+ Mobius the Frost Monach
Are Useless behind this form of stall
And to an extent so are
+ Mystical Space Typhoon
+ Heavy Strorm
with the speed factor and the recursion
Traps:
Now this is what can kill this deck in my oppinion.
There are two main traps in circulation which can threaten this deck, Ring of Destruction and Compulsory Evacuation Device. Though that is two/three/four cards (at a strectch) in a deck. It also has the idea of stopping Call of the Haunted, Threatening Roar and Waboku as you dont want to attack, just sit there.

Are useless with this stall
This deck goes against the meta. it stops commonly played cards in their tracks and doesnt realy on your opponent in order to have win conditions. There is no need to attack, just sit and wait. Usually you will have Wave motion in your hand first few moves, yet if you can hold it back, wait untill the reapers have done their job (oh and they will hit your opponent really fast believe me).
This deck isnt really meant for a people who are impatient, its meant for people to hold back, only play what needs to be played untill you have stall in place.
It also has a nice side track.. It uses hand disruption well enough to have two options for this deck.
With the deck proposed i will try to iron out the flaws in this concept.

- Magic Drain
+Spell Sheild Type 8 (fully protects your monsters (your main type of stall) at no cost, and protects wave motion at the cost of a simple magic jammer)
Or if you prefer, solemn judgement might work in here too
- Nobleman of Crossout (TER and TLWFAP both prevent flip summoning)
+Shift or Dust Tornado, both protect your stall monsters
Find something to take out for Chiron the Mage. Since you're stalling and wave motion will take as long as 8 turns useless magics might accumulate in your hand, put 'em to work
I'm glad Last Warrior is being used in something OTHER than a last turn deck. original stall/burn 8.7/10

Thanks for your response. Hm i think ill have to go down the Solemn Judgement route as it offers me better control over everything, and that Jinzo will never hit the field..
Ah yes i need some more ways to discard my magic cards, and yes i believe that Chiron is the Way.
