But I don't know if the main card's effect is LEGAL! -.-
It's focused on the goblin of greed creature card.
Here's the effect.
As long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field neither player can discard from their hand as a cost.
Now does this mean cards like magic jammer and raigeki break are free?And I don't need to discard to play them?
Or does this mean that they can't be played.

That doe not work. Goblin of Greed prevents you from paying the cost, which prevents you from ever activating the card in the first place.
