okay its generally a good deck, but needs a little tweaking.
firstly your tribute count is too high, if you get stuck without a call of the mummy your screwed.

so

thats generally good count, also i'd swap one vampire lord for a patrician of darkness, but thats just me.

you need to get your normal monsters way higher,
so
-regenerating mummy
+cyber jar
+ddwl
+breaker
+spirit reaper x3
+sinister
+beserk gorilla/sangan

you really need around 16-19 monster cards. decks should always be layed out roughly 18:16:6 monster:magic:traps

-2 reloads if you like there effect you should at least be running card destruction, they drop monsters to grave for book of life
- feather of phoenix
-call of the mummy, you should only run 2 of these
+smashing ground or nobleman

- pheonix wing blast thing
