I have a few questions on IDMT. Can I use IDMT to save one of my monsters from one of my opponent's attacks? Can I use it to save one of my monsters from traps like Trap Hole, Torrential Tribute, and Shadow Spell? Can I use it to save my monster from spells such as Tribute To The Doomed, Dark Hole, and Snatch Steal? Can I use it to save my monster from monster effect's such as Chaos Emperor Dragon, Ocean Dragon Lord-Neo Deadalus, and Black Luster Soldier's removal effect? Here is the last question: I took out my Judgement Of Anubis for Interdimensional Matter Transporter. Was that wise?

As a spell speed 2 trap, you opponent would have to activate/resolve a Spell Speed 2 effect to target your monster.

For Example,

Your opponent activates Ring of Destruction against your monster.
You chain with IMT

resolves

IMT removes the monster from play
Ring of Destruction loses it's target and resolves without effect.


Now, if you just do that backwards, your monster would be destroyed by Ring.

one thing, if you do use IMT to remove your monster when the opponent attacks, a replay occurs so the same monster gets to attack again.
