removed Cost Down for a Fusilier Dragon, The Dual-Mode Beast

Take out cost down because you have masked dragons and chicks in there, bad top deck. Replace it with a mystic plasma zone to power up your monsters because red eyes isn't known for it's atk. 9.6/10! Wonderful deck!

It's a bad card to draw when you don't any other cards in your hand or on the field. I suggest removing Cost Down for a Fusilier Dragon, The Dual-Mode Beast.
