With the new rulings on "manual flipping" and all that stuff, I've decided to go ahead and abuse it ASAP. I'm sure someone else has thought of this, but I wanted to post my deck anyway :p.

I tried 2 BTH, but it didn't work out too well in this deck. 1 BTH and 1 Sak seems to work nicely.
I like my Traps the way they are, but I'm thinking about cutting out 1 Magic card. What should it be? Or should I stay at the "forbidden" number 41 :p.
Okay I used to run a Tsuku deck and I'll tell ya. If you run her you have to run the Face down killers. This means Sasuke Samuri #1 (i think been to long and I can't find mine), Mystic Swordsmen (All), and maybe some White Paladin's and don't forget trampling effects i.e. Mefist and Parshath
But...this isn't a pure Tsuku deck, it's just meant to abuse her brokeness with TER and BLS, and sometimes MoF. I have though about main decking a Mystic Swordsman Lvl 2 though...
Stay away from Level Up!. Its just not a good card. With scapegoats running around you can use them to Level up your level monsters. A LV 2 can be a beast when comboed with Tsukuyomi, Try at least 1. I personally would drop the Chaos. Even if the deck only partically uses Tsuku Control, a well built and used one can take down chaos and work perfectily fine without it. Lightning Vortex is still a good card even with Tsuku control. Tsuku Control isn't perfect like Yata Control so a back up card is always nice.
What really defines Control in Tsuku control are the spin cards "Back to Square One" and "Phoenix Wing Wind Blast" that get recycled with MoF and MoD. Right now this is Tsuku Abuse with the MoF and TER. You suck up a monster with TER then summon Tsuku so all other monsters can attack correct? Its just as good as the TER tribute combo.
If you really intent with the Chaos then I suggest:
- 2 DD Assailant
+2 Slate Warrior/Mystic Swordsman LV2
or
+1 Slate Warrior/Mystic Swordsman LV2
+1 Mask of Darkness
Mask can turn 1 BoT and Armor to 2 or 3. I enjoy bringing back Magic Cylinder over and over again. Tsuku can ease the gambling of setting Slate Warrior by allowing you to choose when you wanna put it face down. I enjoyed attacking with Slate then Summoning Tsuku so next turn I can get a 2400 ATK. Not perfect but effective. And LV2 and Tsuku is just candy and needs no explaination.
Well what I meant to do with the TER abuse is to suck up their monster, Tsuku TER face-down, then flip it to get another monster (of course not on the turn it was summoned). Actually, I didn't even think about the other monsters attacking XD. Shows what a noob i am :p.
Brain Control doesn't work on face down monsters. Also, I just realized the TER abuse after I posted. Thats an effective combo and very nice. You should keep the other combo in mind as well especially if you have BLS sharing the field.
I just got a chance to read the changes and Slate Warrior just improved its playablility. Now a Slate Warrior from a previous turn can become a beast with a Tsuku Combo. This improves Slate's playablity since you no longer have to risk having it face down during your opponents turn.
Its weird really. These new rulings for the Battle Positions were actually how I used to play it when I was still a newbie before I really started to analyze the rulings. With Change of Heart gone these rulings don't seem that bad. The bad part is Book of Moon and Enemy Control loses a bit of their defensive abilities.
i would suggest 2 drop offs and 2 masks of darkness in there. this a sooo good combo. use drop off, flip MoD and add drop off to ur hand, summon tsuku and f/d MoD... blah... blah.... ur opponents hand size becomes smaller and smaller!!!
