How can it be a Chaos deck without Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of The Beginning?

- Barrel Dragon
+ Blowback Dragon

Blowback Dragon has the same effect built into him as Barrel Dragon along with the effect of destroying Spells or Traps, and he also takes only one tribute.

- Fissure
+ Smashing Ground

With Fissure designates a Monster with the lowest attack while Smashing Ground designates a Monster with the highest defense. So in this case wouldn't you rather use Smashing Ground.

If you want to stall why not use cards like Level Limit Area-B, Gravity Bind, or Messanger of Peace. Why stall anyways? You are using control, and chaos together which should have no part in stalling.

Try to invest in using some of these cards.
