Why would i put a BoM in here???? i just dont see why this is so "great" all of a sudden...

Book of Moon is good in here because you flipped your monster face down to prevent from being Snatch Steal or reuse flips.... Also you Snatch Steal there monster and book of moon, then flipped face up on the same turn according to the new battle position rulings that are legal on June 6th.

people seem to be heading towards the disruption now more than control/removal. they like the idea of using magician twice. personally though I think that you should leave the 2 EC's they help unclog the field. try removing book of life for another apprentice mage. I get why it is in their but it hurts early game and doesnt help much with all of the remove from play cards. If v lord hits the graveyard it will be usually due to a card effect of your opponent in which case it will be summoned back anyways. but with ddwl ddax2 bthx2 kycoo and bls you just arent going to be as consistant with a book of life. I also know that it is difficult to run two apprentice mages but really the quicker you get hand to the field the quicker you get pheonix to the field. I also found that they run well in pairs. I know that only having 4 monsters to search (hand MOFx2 AM) is kind of odd but it works really well.
