Ok...simple question....does the card "Greed"'s effect apply to cards such as Sangan, Nimble Momonga, Giant Germ, Troop Dragon, etc?...I'm not sure if pulling specific cards from my deck is considered drawing cards.

No, moving cards out from your deck is not considered drawing cards.

The only time you draw is during the Draw Phase (due to game mechanic), or by a card effect that specifically states that you draw (i.e. Pot of Greed).

Those type of effects do not "draw," they either put cards to your hand or they special summon.

Pot of Greed, Graceful Charity, and Card of Sanctity (which is incidently what the picture of Greed is referring to) are examples of cards that will trigger Greed.
