If King Tiger is on Player A's side of the field and TER were fusion summoned somehow how would it resolve? Could TER suck up King Tiger using priority or would TER automatically be destroyed by King Tiger?
I don't think you could do it anyways since you have to have a one star monster which would be destroyed automatically in the first place, but it may be possible if you can meta a face down and I think you can, but I've mever done that.
Would this be the same for Exiled? Would it basically fall into a Jinzo type ruling where traps are negated. Monsters would just be destroyed due to a continuous effect and would not get their priority? As you can tell I don't run either and haven't seen this come up so I want to ask with all the TER people running rampid.
Jinzo negates traps continuously while face up. If King Tiger is continuous like Jinzo then it destroys them automatically without their monster getting priority like they would usually.
One thing: monsters don't have priority - players do.
For all intents and purposes, you've got it right. There are some exceptions to these rules, but you probably won't run into them if you don't judge extremely often.
The Exiled case, to make it simpler, if you heard of this before is that Exiled would be destroyed without the summoning player being able to use priority which is similar to the case with ignition effects while Stumbling is on the field. Stumbling automatically becomes the first thing to happen.

If the one star monster was already on the field when KTW was summoned, then the monster would not be destroyed. As an example, if you had a few goat tokens on the field you could meta one of them for TER.
If it says to summon in face down position, then you have to (i.e. Shallow Grave). But if it just says Special Summon, then you can summon in ATK or DEF position, but it has to be face-up.
Just a little note. King Tiger Wang Fu's effect is a Triggered Effect (not continuous, even though its written like it should be continuous). So, when a monster is Summoned, King Tiger Wang Fu will tirgger, then players have the chance to chain to its effect. So, you could save that monster by using something like Book of Moon (can't kill if it can determine its attack), Divine Wrath the Tiger, etc.
So it's a trippered effect. It's Spell speed 1 and so is TER's effect. But you can't chain Spell speed 1 to 1 meaning you still can't use TER to suck up King Tiger.
So what if King Tiger where summoned with Cyber Jar and so where other monsters that meet the requirements and your opponent chooses to summon them face up. Would King Tiger destroy them if they were summoned at the same time?
