i definately agree with el phantonimo but i do not know what to say about this deck

You're kidding me right? No offense, but there's not a whole lot of sense to this deck. I'm sorry, I don't think I can help it out. There's just no sense of theme to this.

This deck im proposing is a bit trap heavy and monster light but the amount of removal is crazy.

If it was something that stoped sumoning you'd have 3 Botomless trap hole 3 Trap holes torential 3 compusory evactuation devices 3 wind beat of the phoenex etc etc... what you have here my freinds is old school beat down. it may work if you catch your oponent off gaurd but otherwise you'll get pwned when playing against anyone who's not a noob.

I still dont seem to understand youre deck. But one thing is sure it isnt a deck where the oppont cant summon any monsters, it seems more a beatdown (very antique beatdown) deck. sorry for beeing so rude but its true If you dont want the opponent to summon monsters, put torrential, 3 bottomless even 3 convulsory or a divine wrath, but thats my opinion.
